Motor Technician: 

1.Motor winders with minimum experience will be valued.

2. Individuals will perform winding, rewinding, repairs, assembly, and testing of all BLDC motors.

3. Familiarity and experience with winding electrical wiring diagrams, insulation materials, bonding techniques, and coil forming are inevitable.

4. Experience with all the other AC/DC winding types, troubleshooting, and testing capability are vital.

6. Candidates specialized in repairing and testing equipment, winding machines, test panels, hot air systems, grinders, and various other hand-held power and non-power tools would have an edge.

Responsibilities:

-To advocate safety and follow company ethics and philosophy

-To clean and maintain equipment, tooling, and work areas 

-To assemble motors using a combination of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools

-To use tape measures, gauges, micrometers, and torque wrenches

-To work independently, holding close tolerances, and minimizing scrap

-To perform setup and operation of mechanical equipment and tools with limited supervision

-To follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the Motor assembly

-To maintain required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis

Medium Level of physical demand: 

-Occasional lifting: 10-30 kgs, Frequent lifting: 5-10 kgs, and constant lifting: 1-5 kgs

Education / Qualification: 

Minimal experience or Diploma/ITI (Electrical) with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and solutions. Freshers can try!
